A real estate consultancy firm with the head office in Abuja and branch offices in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Kaduna states, Mrs, Ilori has contributed immensely to human capital development and nation building. Academically, ESV Ilori cannot be said to be lagging, having obtained a Higher Diploma in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi. She proceeded for a post graduate diploma Programme in estate management at the federal university of technology Akure. She also obtained a master degree in environmental planning and protection from the University of Abuja.
Oluwatoyin Ilori has many other academic qualifications to her credit some of which include a Special Executive Masters in Global Business and Management, United Kingdom and Certificate in Computer Appreciation from the university of Lagos. In fact, she was certified by Oracle University as an Oracle 9i Certified Professional (OCP).
However, prior to the establishment of her firm, she had worked with various Real Estate Practice including Participant Property (now Filmorealty), Akin Olawore & Co. Abuja, Bello & co. Jide Taiwo &Co. as well as Access Bank Plc. No doubt her wealth of experience has enriched her knowledge in real estate consultancy services, which entails general advice on real estate transactions. Toyin has no doubt, carved a niche for herself in real estate consultancy business.
A Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, has equally earned several awards extolling her prowess in the real estate profession and other fields. These include the African Order of Merit in Landed Property 2011 award presented by the institute for Government Research & Leadership Technology: Africa’s Patriotic Amazon of the year 2015 award, presented by the league of African development Students. Merit Award by the institute of Corporate Administration (ICA) in 2011 and Africa’s most Reliable Estate Surveyors & valuers of the year 2017 award presented by African Brand Congress. Others are, Award of Service by the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers in 2014, April 2016 and August 2016 , respectively; Award of Excellence presented by Northern Youth Initiative for Peace and Good Governance (NYPGG), 2017; Pan-African Prize of Excellence, presented by African students union parliament(ASUP), 2017; Imperial Ambassador for Peace Award presented by Nigerian Youth for Peace Assembly (NYPA) 2017 and the National Outstanding Leadership Award presented by the National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPAS) 2018, there are also vanguard of Quality Legacy of the year 2018 award, presented by Beyond boundaries for Legacy Development (BBOLD initiative); Certificate of Excellence presented by Female Students Vanguard for Girl Child-Education in Africa, 2018; most Outstanding Estate Surveyors and valuers company of the year 2018 award presented by Nigeria Property Merit Awards, Pan-African Exemplary Leadership Award presented by PAN African Student Movement (PASM); Africa’s fastest Growing indigenous Surveyors of the year 2019 by Africa Business Excellence & Leadership Awards; PAN African International Recognition Awards for the most outstanding Estate Surveyor and Valuer Company of the Year 2019.
ESV Toyin Ilori is also a member of many professional bodies where she has risen to the pinnacle. She is a Fellow of the institute of Management Consultants, a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers, Nigeria; a fellow of the institute of Brand Management of Nigeria, a member of The African Real Estate Society (AFRES). A member of the institute of Corporate Administration. Nigeria and a Fellow of the Nigeria institution of Estate Surveyors and valuers (NIESV).
She just served as a member of the board of Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON). At her leisure time, Mrs. Toyin Ilori likes to be with her family. For her family, friends and colleagues, the honour bestowed on her is deserving of her hard work.
